MEET MAGGIE

Here’s the deal. I love photographing people. Always have.

I’m in my 15th year of asking people to open up, trust my direction, and occasionally say yes to a slightly wild idea. It all started in high school when I was asked to photograph a few classmates. Somewhere between watching light fall across their faces and creating something that felt fun and honest, I knew this was exactly what I was meant to do.

Around that same time, I fell in love with my husband, Wyatt. We were married in 2011 and spent the next few years chasing good times, great friends, travel, and the occasional tractor pull. In 2018, Mildred joined our story, followed by Winifred in 2019. These days, you’ll usually find me with them and our spoiled Aussiedoodle, Ammo Merle, somewhere close by.

I don’t sugarcoat. I tell it like it is, I’m still working on kicking the curse-word habit, and I believe the best things in life come from balance. I love country music, home renovation projects, iced coffee, old trucks, fresh flowers, and the quiet kind of magic you find on a gravel road at golden hour when dust floats just right.

As for the future, I’ll be right here chasing people with cameras, whether they’re 2, 17, 27, or 57.
